After seeing the long-lasting benefits of yoga and its importance in everyone’s life United Nations General Assembly has declared the 21st of June as International Yoga day on 11th December in 2014. Let’s pledge on this International yoga day to incorporate it in our day to day life

Yoga can be performed anywhere whether you are at the office, traveling, or at home, it just needs 5-10 minutes to perform please ensure to incorporate it in your daily life it will help you not to get rid of excess fat, but it will also make your body strong to combat diseases. The gym can only tone up your body, but yoga provides the much-needed flexibility to your body
