Before starting with 1st lecture student performed meditation for 20 minutes in their respective classes. Such kind of efforts should be initiated in our education system.

For Meditation, you don’t require expensive equipment. It can be done anywhere by keeping points in mind:
- An isolated space at home or you can perform it at your office during lunch hour if permissible.
- Good ventilation and noise proof.
- Meditate at the same time every day so that it becomes the habit for you.
- Slow and steady win the race – don’t overdo it.
- Start with minimum timings. As you habitual to it, you can increase your timings.
- Don’t force yourselves to sit longer in the initial stage.
- Do not disturb mode, a phone should be silent.

There are many ways to meditate. To start with you can do guided meditations. They are easily available on youtube.
As I mentioned earlier in the article ‘Mindfulness’ mediation is the best amongst all. Just concentrating your attention on your breath will relax your mind and body. After getting into that state you can try some affirmations too.

Although there are ample amount of benefits like cure of high blood pressure, higher skin resistance, the increase willpower etc. We are discussing only a few here:
