Love Is love

India etched a new chapter in its judiciary today by dropping section 377. We are living in an era where everyone needs freedom the LGBTQ community who feels there is no foundation of love can happen within the same sex. They fought for their rights many countries around the world made legal homosexuality. It was a debate in India where the cast is everything and people polish their moral values on the name of Sanskriti and culture over human life.

What is Section 377 of IPC?

Section 377 of the IPC states: “Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with 1[imprisonment for life], or with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.” This archaic British law dates back to 1861 and criminalizes sexual activities against the order of nature

The LGBTQ community was fighting for their rights from the decade to get it legalized as they LGBTQ slogans are catch phrases or slogans which express support for members of the lesbiangaybisexual, and transgender (LGBT) communities and LGBTQ rights.

Winning here in India matters a lot where Culture is everything, they fought not for their love but for their rights. Well someone said it very correctly  What is natural to one may not be natural to others and Choice can’t be allowed to cross boundaries of law, but confines of law can’t trample or curtail the inherent right embedded in an individual under Article 21 of the Constitution,

The five-judge Constitutional bench is led by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra and comprises Justices R F Nariman, A M Khanwilkar, D Y Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra. Has abolished the section 377 and decriminalized homo sexuality. Congratulations to each one of you rainbow warriors who lived your truth through years of darkness & discrimination. Its time to share the love you have in your hearts

Lets see how the things unfolded for LGBTQ Community

I am what I am. So take me as I am. No one can escape from their individuality”, CJI Dipak Misra declared in the Supreme Court, striking down Section 377 as illegal and arbitrary

Well Ritu Dalmia is petitioner against section 377. I am not comparing their fight for freedom and rights to the fight of our country which our freedom fighter fought. But it itself is a victory to cherish them now they have all rights to do what they wants to do

Congratulation to THE LGBT COMMUNITY

I am afraid after this verdict how the core castism house will react to what will be their step. I am sure its hard to digest and something is really hide in future

As the Supreme court scripted new law today I will really appreciate if they also scripted new laws for the reservation where we are doing all the drama and nuisance. Its time for the government to investigate the matter and make India a better country after revoking the reservation.
