We spend too much time sitting in office, we hardly take a break for exercise. That is one of the reasons we are surrounded by most of the diseases, this could have been one prominent reason that our immune system has become so vulnerable that diseases can easily impact our body. In this technological age, our life has been modified to spend most of our time sitting.
We spend too much time tied to our desk in offices and even on day to day life wasting in scrolling Facebook, Tinder, Twitter, Instagram, and whats app. Time we are spending in these activities are bringing us near to diseases. We are always surrounded by harmful radiations and still, we are not able to nullify the effect of these.
The corporate life impacts us both ways Physically and mentally, one needs to be worried about their health issues. They spend 60-70 percent of their time sitting or doing nothing just checking Meetings, conference calls, and maybe even a little gossip session, probably all done while sitting.
Office goers are always worried about their health. Some of them always need some exercise hacks which they can do in office so that their body remains active and a least they pushed themselves towards healthy living

- Stretching at desk
We invest most of our time in sitting in our cubical looking our screens which makes us obese. We can perform some stretching exercise while sitting without hammering the work.
- Reach for the Stars
Bring your arms above your head interlock your fingers and stretch it as much you can make sure your palm facing the ceiling. Hold it for few seconds and make 2-3 reps or more according to fatigues
- Watch here and there
Bring your chin above your right shoulder and try to see from above the shoulder and then repeat it for left side hold for few seconds. And make repetition according you’re your wish
- Try to say No
Drop your chin down towards your chest and firmly roll your head from one shoulder to other
Raise both shoulders up towards your ears and hold for a few seconds and release. Repeat a few times for good measure.
- Chest opener
Take your both hands behind your back or behind the back support of your chair hold your hands and stretch your arms as much so your chest brings out hold for few seconds and reps Swad annusar
- Reach and Bend
Extend your right arm over your head and reach out as far as you can to the left and gently bend over. Hold for a few seconds and do it the other way
- Knee Press
This one stretches out the glutes. With your right ankle on your left knee, gently press against the right knee a few times. Of course, after you’re done with the right side, be sure and give the left side some love, too.
- Calf Raises
Stand up behind your chair and hold on for support. Raise your heels off the floor until you are standing on your toes. Slowly lower yourself back to the floor. Do 3 sets of 10
- Wall Sit
Stand with your back against the wall and slowly lower yourself into a seated position and hold for 10–30 seconds at a time.
Little changes here and there can go a long way in keeping you healthy and happy.

- Take the stairs instead of lift or escalators
- Do it yourself instead of Email. Reach out to the person and talk instead of email
